These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hounds.fun, the Hounds desktop client, the Telegram bot @Houndsbot, the Hounds Telegram channels and community, and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Hounds ("Hounds", "we", "us").
By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Hounds
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
1.2 Hounds is not available to persons located in, or residents of, mainland China, or of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom. You may not use the Service if you, or anyone you act for, is named on a sanctions list. We block access from IP addresses registered in mainland China. You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to get around these restrictions. If we believe you are using the Service from a restricted place, we may suspend or close your account.
1.3 You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is legal where you live. We do not promise that the Service is legal or suitable in every country.
1.4 You may not use the Service if you have previously been banned from it.
2. What Hounds is, and is not
2.1 Hounds is a signal and trading tool for crypto tokens, mainly newly launched "meme" tokens. The Service publishes signals (alerts that a token has shown certain on-chain or market activity), shows market data, and lets you trade from wallets you hold with us.
2.2 Signals are information, not advice. A signal is a statement that something happened on-chain or in the market at a certain time. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token, and it is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Labels on signal cards (such as "worth a look", "in and out quickly", "not recommended", "no view yet") are short descriptions produced by our rules or models. They are not personal recommendations and do not take your situation into account.
2.3 We publish outcomes, winners and losers alike. For the signals we send, we show the push time, the price at push time and what happened afterwards (for example the highest multiple reached). These figures describe price movement after the signal. They are not a record of anyone's profit: you usually cannot buy at the push price, and almost nobody sells at the highest point. Past results do not predict future results.
2.4 Hounds does not trade on your behalf unless you turn on an automated feature yourself (see Section 5). We do not manage portfolios and we do not guarantee any return.
2.5 Visitors who are not signed in see signals with a delay (currently about one hour). Signed-in users see them in real time. Some features in the Telegram bot also require that at least one of your wallets holds a balance on any supported chain; this is an anti-spam measure, not a fee.
3. Your account
3.1 You can sign up with an email address and password (confirmed with a code sent to your email), with a Google account, or through Telegram.
3.2 You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password, trading PIN, two-factor authentication (2FA) device and backup codes safe. Hounds staff will never ask for your password, trading PIN, 2FA code, private key or seed phrase, and will never ask you to send funds.
3.3 Web sessions expire after 30 days, or after 7 days without activity. You can sign out other devices from the Security Center.
3.4 Security alerts and freezing. If your email address is verified, we may email you when important security settings change or when value leaves your account, for example when 2FA is turned on or off, your trading PIN is set, changed or reset, a withdrawal address is added, a withdrawal is sent or a private key is exported. Each alert contains a one-time link. If the change was not made by you, use the link to freeze your account. Freezing signs out every device, removes any 2FA turned on shortly before or after the alert (2FA you had already set up stays), requires you to reset your login password, and pauses withdrawals and private key export. Withdrawals stay paused for 24 hours after you reset your password. Freezing does not cancel actions already completed. For example, it cannot recover a private key that was already exported.
3.5 Tell us immediately through our official support channel (Section 13) if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
3.6 Your Telegram account and your web account can be linked. When linked, they share the same wallets, positions, settings and history.
3.7 Linking X is public. If you sign in with X or link your X account, your X username and public profile are shown publicly in the Service next to the wallets in your Hounds account and the trades they make. Linking X is optional. You can unlink at any time, after which we stop showing it; we cannot withdraw what others have already seen or copied. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Wallets and private keys
4.1 Generated wallets. You can generate a wallet in the Wallet Center. Hounds creates the private key and keeps it encrypted in a separate signing service, so that the Service can sign your trades and withdrawals. This is a custodial arrangement: you rely on our systems to keep the key safe and to sign transactions only as you instruct.
4.2 Imported wallets. You can import an existing wallet by entering its private key. Anyone who has that key outside Hounds can still move the funds, and we cannot stop them. For this reason, some features that move funds without asking for your trading PIN (for example rebate payouts and cross-chain transfers) send funds only to wallets generated by Hounds. In the Telegram bot, you can send rebates or cross-chain transfers to an imported wallet only after the same checks as a withdrawal (your trading PIN, and a 2FA code if 2FA is on).
4.3 Exporting private keys. You can export a private key after entering your trading PIN. A 2FA code is also required on the website, and in the Telegram bot if you have turned 2FA on. Once exported, anyone who sees the key controls the funds. Hounds cannot reverse, freeze or recover transactions made with an exported key. Store it offline and never share it.
4.4 Blockchain transactions are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, we cannot cancel or reverse it. Funds sent to a wrong address, the wrong network or a contract that cannot receive them are usually lost.
4.5 Network fees. Every on-chain action costs a network fee, paid in the chain's native coin (for example SOL or BNB). If a wallet does not hold enough native coin, buys, sells and withdrawals may fail. When a wallet still holds tokens, the Service keeps back enough native coin for at least one sell, including when you buy, transfer or withdraw "all". A failed transaction may still cost a network fee.
5. Trading and automated features
5.1 When you place an order, you authorize us to build, sign and send the transaction from your selected wallet. Prices move while the transaction is processed. The amount you receive may differ from the estimate because of slippage, price impact, other traders front-running you ("MEV"), network congestion or failed transactions. We do not guarantee that any order will be filled, or filled at a certain price.
5.2 Trading fee. We charge a platform fee of 1% of the trade amount on each executed trade, in addition to network fees. The estimated amount shown before you confirm already has this fee deducted. Withdrawals carry no platform fee; network fees still apply.
5.3 Automated features. If you turn on auto-buy, copy trading, take-profit / stop-loss rules or similar features, the Service places orders according to your settings without asking you each time. You are responsible for those settings. Automated orders can fail or be delayed (for example when the wallet lacks native coin for network fees) and can lose money quickly. You can turn these features off at any time.
5.4 Cross-chain and internal transfers between your own Hounds-generated wallets use third-party bridges or on-chain transfers. Quotes can expire, bridges can be slow or fail, and fees apply.
5.5 Tokens listed or shown in the Service are created by third parties. Hounds does not issue, review, endorse or vouch for any token. Many such tokens lose all their value; some are designed to defraud buyers.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 You can withdraw to an external address after setting a trading PIN. On the website, every withdrawal requires your trading PIN and a 2FA code, so you must turn on 2FA before your first web withdrawal. In the Telegram bot, a 2FA code is required if you have turned 2FA on.
6.2 To protect accounts, withdrawals are limited:
- After a security change, withdrawals and private key export are paused for 24 hours. Security changes are: changing or resetting your login password; changing or resetting your trading PIN (for accounts without Telegram, also setting it for the first time); turning 2FA off; turning 2FA on (for accounts without Telegram); adding a login email to a Telegram account; and freezing your account.
- A new withdrawal address can be used only after a waiting period (currently 30 minutes) from when it is added.
- Per-transaction and daily limits apply, and we may pause all withdrawals temporarily if we detect unusual outflows.
- When the wallet still holds tokens, a 100% withdrawal keeps back enough native coin for one sell.
6.3 We may delay or refuse a withdrawal before it is sent if we reasonably believe it is unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful or in breach of these Terms.
7. Fees, free features and referral rebates
7.1 All features of the Service are currently free. We charge only the trading fee in Section 5.2. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will announce them in advance and they will not apply to anything you have already done.
7.2 No refunds of trading fees. The trading fee is charged when a trade executes and is not refundable, including when the token later loses value.
7.3 Referral program. If you invite users with your referral link, you may earn a share of the trading fees they pay, at the rate shown in the product. Rebates can be withdrawn once they reach the minimum shown. On the website they are paid only to a Hounds-generated wallet; in the Telegram bot, paying them to an imported wallet requires the same checks as a withdrawal. We may change rates or end the program for future earnings with notice, and we may cancel rebates obtained through self-referral, fake accounts or other abuse.
8. Things you must not do
You must not:
- break any law, or use the Service from a restricted place (Section 1);
- use the Service for money laundering, fraud or market manipulation, or to trade the proceeds of crime;
- create accounts in bulk, abuse the referral program, or impersonate anyone;
- scrape, resell or redistribute real-time signals or data without our written permission;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or probe the Service, except by responsibly reporting a vulnerability to us (Section 13);
- use the Service to harm other users.
9. Suspension and closure
9.1 You can stop using the Service at any time. Before closing your account, withdraw your funds or export your keys.
9.2 We may suspend or close accounts, or restrict features, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the Service. Where we can lawfully do so, we will let you withdraw your remaining funds.
10. Availability and changes
10.1 The Service depends on blockchains, data providers, RPC nodes, bridges and other third parties that we do not control. It may be slow, unavailable or show wrong data. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
10.2 We may add, change or remove features. We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will give notice on the website or in the bot before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
11. Disclaimers and limits of liability
11.1 The Service, including all signals, data, labels and AI-generated text, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, Hounds is not liable for: trading losses; losses from token price movements or worthless tokens; losses caused by blockchains, bridges, third-party providers or network fees; losses from imported or exported private keys or from your failure to keep your credentials safe; or indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.
11.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the trading fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity that operates Hounds, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the mandatory law of your place of residence gives you.
12.2 If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first through our official support channel. Most issues can be solved informally, and we will try to do so within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be solved informally, it will be settled by the competent courts or arbitration body for the entity that operates Hounds, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
12.3 We will update this section when details of our operating entity are published. If this section changes, the updated Terms apply from their effective date.
