Do not post private details in the group (email address, wallet addresses, transaction hashes). If you need private help, start a private chat yourself with someone on the group's admin list. Official admins never message you first, and never ask for any verification code, password, 2FA code or private key. Scammers often copy admin names and photos, so check the admin list before you reply to anyone.
Common questions
Is Hounds free? Yes. All features are free. We charge a flat 1% fee on each executed trade, plus network fees. Withdrawals have no platform fee.
Why do signals look late when I'm not signed in? Visitors see signals about one hour late. Sign in to see them in real time.
Why can't I withdraw right now? Withdrawals pause for 24 hours after a security change: changing or resetting your login password or trading PIN, turning 2FA off (or on, for accounts without Telegram), adding a login email, or freezing your account. On the website, you need to turn on 2FA before you can withdraw. A newly added address needs a short waiting period before you can use it, and per-transaction and daily limits apply.
Why did my sell fail? Usually the wallet does not have enough native coin (SOL, BNB…) for the network fee. Top up a small amount and try again.
Why is Hounds unavailable where I am? Hounds does not serve users in mainland China or in sanctioned countries and regions. Access from IP addresses registered in mainland China is blocked. If you are outside these places and still see the block page, tell us in the community with the time and your approximate location.
I got a security alert email, and it wasn't me. Open the link in the email and confirm "Freeze". This signs out every device, removes any 2FA turned on shortly before or after the alert (2FA you had already set up stays), and pauses withdrawals and key export. Then reset your login password. If your trading PIN was changed, reset it with "Forgot PIN" after you sign in. Then tell us in the community.
I think my account was compromised, but I have no alert email. Change your password, sign out all devices in the Security Center, and contact an admin in the community right away.
