Withdraw, export key, delete wallet, trade PIN

10.1 Withdraw coins

💼 Wallet → 💸 Withdraw · SOL 1 (or · EVM 1).

1. Pick a saved destination, or ➕ Add address and send a normal wallet or exchange deposit address (contract / program addresses are refused).
2. New addresses unlock 30 minutes after you add them (shown as ⏳ address (ready in N min)). This protects you if your Telegram account is taken over. If it wasn't you who added it, export your key and move your funds.
3. Choose 25%, 50%, All or ✏️ Other amount. "All" leaves the network fee. On Solana the remaining balance must be 0 or at least 0.00089 SOL.
4. Confirm with ✅ Confirm withdrawal and your trade PIN. Per-transfer and daily limits apply. No platform fee is charged.

Multi-chain EVM withdrawals: your one EVM address has a separate balance on BSC, Arc, Robinhood Chain and Base. On the EVM wallet's withdraw page, tap a chain name at the top to switch, then withdraw that chain's native coin (BNB on BSC, USDC on Arc, ETH on RBH / Base). Destinations are shared across chains (add once, usable on every chain after 30 minutes), and each withdrawal re-checks on the target chain that the destination is not a contract.

10.2 Withdraw tokens

On the withdraw page tap 🪙 Withdraw tokens, pick a token from your live positions or ✏️ Enter token contract, choose a ready destination and 25% / 50% / All, then confirm with your PIN. The matching position shrinks by the same share (all = closed). No platform fee. On Solana, a recipient without an account for that token costs about 0.002 SOL rent. For the EVM wallet, switch to the right chain at the top of the withdraw page first.

10.3 Export key

See 1.3. Export is paused platform-wide for an hour if unusually many exports happen in a short time.

10.4 Several wallets, delete a wallet

• Up to 5 wallets per family. ✅ marks the wallet in use; switch with the SOL use: / BSC use: number buttons on the wallet page or the token card.
• 🗑 Delete wallet → pick one → Delete. Allowed only if it isn't the wallet in use (while you have others), its balance is essentially zero and it has no live positions — otherwise the bot offers 📤 Export key instead. For an EVM wallet the check looks at BNB on BSC only, so make sure it holds nothing and has no open positions on Arc, Robinhood Chain or Base either. Deleting only hides the wallet; you can restore it by importing the key again.

10.5 Trade PIN

⚙ Trade settings → 🔐 Trade PIN:

• Required before exporting a key or confirming a withdrawal. After a correct PIN you won't be asked again for about 5 minutes.
• 5 wrong attempts lock it for 30 minutes (you get an alert).
• Change PIN asks for the old one. Forgot PIN starts a 24-hour reset: after 24 h you can set a new PIN without the old one; exports and withdrawals are blocked until then. If you didn't request it, tap Cancel reset.
